Research and Graduate Quality Improvement Program at UFOP - PIQ seeks to promote the development and quality of Research and Graduate Studies within the scope of the Federal University of Ouro Preto.  

FINANCIAL AID TO THE RESEARCHER

Created in 2014, the call for Financial Aid to Researcher's main function is to subsidize funding expenses necessary for the proper conduct of UFOP's research and technological innovation projects.

ASSISTANCE TO PUBLICATION

The main function of the Scientific Articles Publication Assistance is to subsidize the continuous improvement of UFOP's scientific publications, financing expenses with translation of articles into a foreign language, spelling and style review in a foreign language and publication fees in high impact journals, classified by Qualis Capes of the respective areas of knowledge in strata A1, A2 and B1.

SUPPORT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MULTI-USER EQUIPMENT

The objective of this program is to financially support the coverage of expenses with repairs, corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment with multi-user characteristics, outside the warranty period, intended for the development of scientific research at UFOP. Through this support, it is expected to maintain or reactivate small, medium and large equipment, with the potential for shared use, avoiding discontinuity of use and/or allowing the increase of research activities.
