Registration of Multi-user Laboratories and Equipment

On January 29, 2021, the CUNI resolution 2,394, which approves the Rules for the use and management of multi-user equipment and laboratories.

UFOP equipment or facilities acquired or assembled using its own or external resources, captured in projects coordinated by the Dean of Research and Post-Graduation (PROPP), must multi-user and must be registered in the UFOP multi-user equipment system.

To register the laboratory in the system, simply follow the procedures below:

  1. Access the Minha UFOP system;

  2. menu RESEARCH AND POSTGRADUATION, access the MULTI-USER EQUIPMENT RESERVE SYSTEM;

  3. Within the system, in the LABORATORIES, click on Request Registration and fill in the form data and send the answers;

  4. After filling out, PROPPI will perform the initial registration of the laboratory in the system and the team informed in the registration will have access to the system with the respective functions.

With the registration completed and approved, the laboratory team must access the system and register the equipment that will be available for scheduling by users, through the following procedures:

  1. Access the Minha UFOP system;

  2. menu RESEARCH AND POSTGRADUATION, access the MULTI-USER EQUIPMENT RESERVE SYSTEM;

  3. Within the system, on the EQUIPMENT, click on Register;

  4. The following information will be requested related to the equipment

  • Equipment Type * 
  • Asset Number
  • Specification
  • Name *
  • Laboratory *
  • Location
  • Financing * 
  • Functionality
  • Usage Rules
  • Requires Training * 
  • Needs Scheduling Evaluation * 
  • Photo of the Equipment 
  • General Information 
  • Cost Spreadsheet 
  • Regiment 
  • Samples 
  • Main Inputs 
  • Responsible *
  • Rules Schedule*

After filling in all the information, just click save.
